Over 30 of us spent a beautiful Saturday morning in the park, staffing a water stop for the March of Dimes WalkAmerica fundraiser in Gainesville on April 28. Here're a few photos from the day. After the walk, we went to Bart and Sandy's to unwind. Their house has a long tradition of WalkAmerica days even though the route no longer passes there.

One organization that we've been wanting to help for a number of years is Habitat for Humanity. Thanks to Randy E for coordinating, we were finally able to connect with them. Bart took pictures The white blobs aren't ghosts, but probably dust. Hey, there's a lot of work going on here!

Here's a collage of images that covers a lot of territory. Some of the faces are probably only familiar to our members, while others are most likely recognizable to any parrothead. It's a big file, so it takes awhile to load. Just click the thumbnail to see it.

Been to a past MOTM in Key West? Then some of these scenes may be familiar. Then again, knowing your behavior in KW, maybe you don't recognize them at all.

We just spent a beautiful morning at the 2008 March of Dimes WalkAmerica.

Photos from just one of many flea dips/rabies clinics where we've helped the local Humane Society

It was a simple idea....have some fun, relive a piece of our childhood, and make some folks happy. Mission accomplished. We made Valentine boxes, swapped Valentines at our February meeting. Then, we took them to a local nursing home to the delight of the residents.

Two of our members generously gave tickets for club members to visit the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. We took them up on their offer on April 11. Here are some photos of the day
